LISBON BOTANICAL GARDEN
The Botanical Garden of Lisbon, a national monument since 2010, welcomes you in a green setting. Let yourself be transported through the tropical species native to New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan and South America, which attest to the peculiarities of the different microclimates created in this garden by the topographical implantation in which it is included. The Garden dates from 1878.
LISBON ZOOLOGICAL PARK
The Lisbon Zoo is a Portuguese zoological park located north of Lisbon, in the freguesia of São Domingos de Benfica. Created in 1884, it features nearly 2,000 animals of 300 species. It includes a rose garden, one of the two dolphinariums in the country and an educational museum for children.
